AppCub Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AppCub's services or mobile applications, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to both website and mobile app services. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service. AppCub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Service Description

AppCub provides a web-based and mobile digital service platform. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Core functionality and tool services
• Customizable configurations and settings
• Data processing and export functionality
• Cloud storage and synchronization services

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and current information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations of China or the United States
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights or personal privacy of others
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data
• Use the service for any fraudulent, illegal, or infringing activities

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using AppCub service. AppCub retains all rights to its platform, software, and proprietary technology. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content as necessary to provide our services.

6. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Fees are charged in advance on a subscription basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our fees with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppCub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. This limitation complies with applicable laws in mainland China and the United States.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, but will provide reasonable notice when required by law. Termination reasons include but are not limited to breach of terms, illegal use of services, or security risks.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

We strictly comply with data protection laws, including China's Personal Information Protection Law and relevant U.S. privacy regulations. We commit to:

• Only collecting necessary personal information for service provision
• Implementing industry-standard security measures to protect user data
• Not selling or sharing personal information to third parties without consent
• Users' rights to access, correct, or delete their personal data

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms apply to both website and mobile app services. For mainland China users, the laws of the People's Republic of China shall apply; for U.S. users, relevant state and federal laws shall apply. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly consultation, and if unsuccessful, submitted to courts with jurisdiction.
